Shels and Glass

Nikon D40
This photo was taken at Redondo Beach.
I found a lot of really colorful glas and shels to photograph.
Photo is straigh from my camera with no manipulation.
I know photoshop could make it a little better, but setting up the camera with all the right settings saves a thon of work and it still looks great.
Doesn't it?

Colorful alian bird

Nikon D40, some photoshop sharpening and croping only.
This one was taken at the OC fair this year.
I really like all the vivid colors the Nikon was able to capture.

I got a new Canon xti

I got a new slr, Canon xti, to play with. The canon its supposed to have better colors than the Nikon but they look the same to me.
I'll post some pictures soon.
Maybe I'll take a trip to somewhere in the midwest for some vivid fall colors.

Rock and Ride.

D40

Slow shutter practice.

Redondo Beach Landscape

Nikon D40

Here is another shot from my D40. I love the colors on the rock and how they stand out against the cloudy sky and the ocean. No photoshop needed for my taste.

Precast detail of my design work

Here is a detail "carved in stone", of the work I do. Most of the time the real beauty of architecture is in the small details...

A Drying lake

Pictures from the new camera, Nikon D40.
The pictures are just like they came out of the camera with no photoshop manipulation.
